About me

Hi I'm Josh. I'm a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.

After school I started a baking company out of my family’s kitchen in East Hampton. To this day I still sell my baked goods at the local farmer’s markets on the weekends while I also private chef.

I was raised half my life in Puerto Rico and the other half in East Hampton, NY. I believe I subconsciously learned my love of cooking from my time in Puerto Rico. The food was just so inspiring and versatile. I didn't realize this is what I really wanted to do until 2015 though. Ever since then I have been non stop on the stove just making whatever I wanted.
